Ezspin4 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the ezspin4 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the ezspin4 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ezspin4 as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
The ezspin4 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use the services offered in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on ezspin4. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ezspin4 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify ezspin4 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any unlawful activities.
- Not attempting to manipulate, cheat, or exploit any system vulnerabilities.
- Not using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access the platform without written authorisation.
- Not sharing your account with others or allowing anyone else to use your account.
- Ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate and kept up to date whenever changes occur.
3. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposit
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on ezspin4 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports local payment methods including Touch 'n Go, FPX, Maybank, and CIMB. The minimum deposit is RM 10 and is typically processed within minutes, depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your ezspin4 account. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 24 business hours. ezspin4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by ezspin4 are subject to their own wagering (rollover) requirements. Withdrawals from bonus balances may only be made once all wagering requirements have been fully met. ezspin4 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if the terms are found to have been abused.
Failed Transaction
Ezspin4 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by payment service providers, bank disruptions, or network issues beyond our control. In such cases, users are advised to contact customer support for assistance.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Ezspin4 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- There are signs of fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
- User provided false information during registration or the verification process.
- User found to have multiple active accounts.
- A request has been received from the relevant authorities.
In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of these Terms, ezspin4 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. For closures requested by the user, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
Users whose accounts have been suspended pending a security review are not permitted to make new deposits until the review is completed and the account is reinstated.
5. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the ezspin4 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and source code — is the property of ezspin4 or its respective licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from ezspin4.
Limitation of Liability
Ezspin4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or technical errors. ezspin4's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Third-Party Links
The ezspin4 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. ezspin4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Amendments to Terms
Ezspin4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the latest revision will be displayed at the top of this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the ezspin4 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate tribunal or court.
